ANSI Type R, Class 3 Parka made from 100% polyester 300D oxford with PU Coating. Parka has zipper and snap front closure, quilted padded lining, detachable and stowable hood and interior waist drawstring. Three pockets: 1 left inside chest pocket and 2 exterior waist flapped pockets with hook & loop closure. At least one pocket measures large enough to fit a 5.5" cell phone in sturdy case. Jacket is waterproof with sealed seams and meets all levels of water protection up and including "water proof" per ANSI/ISEA 107. Meets ANSI/ISEA 107 - 2015 requirements.
